Resumo
This article aims to understand the relation between the
development process of new products and the
organizational change from these new products,
services and systems. We will approach the key
components that make an organization pass through
changes, making a connection between the systemproduct-
service and innovation. Analyze the operation
of the digital games market, the best-selling games,
which platforms are the most profitable, and find out
what is the position of Brazil in the world ranking. We
will analyze and study three gaming companies that
passed through great changes, and be able to see that
the changes did not occurred linearly, and that there is
a converging point of all streams in the presented
studies.
